I've been so busy with school and midterms, that I haven't been able to really post about anything.
I have since finished my October Trade Wind Scrapper swap album for Cara. I did a 2nd part video on some of the work I did, and I'll have a video coming up of the finished product. I hope to start doing more videos soon, because I really enjoy making and I also enjoy editing them.
I've also been working on Christmas gift tags for another swap at The Beach. I'm really proud of the way they turned out, I absolutely love them!
So I'll leave you all with my October swap album video! I'll have pictures of the gift tags later on today!
Currently I don't have a Bind-It-All, but it's on the top of my Christmas wishlist!! There's a great giveaway going on at Jan's blog http://papercraftpleasures.blogspot.com/. For her 1 year blogversary she's giving away a Bind-It-All!! This is so exciting for me, right now I'm stuck with using binding rings and my holepunch, haha, but a Bind-It-All would make projects look so professional.
Recently [a little over a month ago] my mom and I bought 2 dogs. Since my mom doesn't work anymore, she's often home alone when I'm at school and I think she wanted some company. We've always failed at trying to take care of dogs, but I think this time we'll do a lot better since my mom actually likes these dogs. It was great because these 2 were already trained, have lived together for a long time, and are super cute!! The female's name is Pumpkin and the male's is Cookie (we didn't name them, haha). They're the cutest most wonderful dogs anyone could ever have! They're so well trained!
When we first got them, Pumpkin was just starting to go into heat, of course we didn't know this until she started bleeding. Because Cookie hasn't been spayed, he was ALL over Pumpkin, so we made her little underwear to cover her up, hahaha, unfortunately during the night time, when we were all sleeping, Cookie somehow managed to get the underwear off of her. So now, she's over her heat, and we're not sure if she's pregnant. She's gained a considerable amount of weight, and her teets have grown ...
Oh no! Hahah, we got 2 dogs and never expected all the work to keep them apart the first few weeks of getting them.
I guess we'll see if she really is pregnant in some months. For now, here are pictures that were taken about a month ago! Enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by and check out Laura Denison's blog at http://followingthepapertrail.blogspot.com to bid on a mini album, all donations go directly to Susan G. Komen in efforts to find a cure for Breast Cancer!
I finally finished my pink mini and I'm so proud! :) I love the way it turned out. Every page has it's own personality and every page is really different. Here are some pictures!
That's my boyfriends arm holding up the album by the way! Wish I had a better way of taking photos.
Hey Everybody! I put up a new video today, everything was going fine while editing, but when I uploaded it, it turned out to be a lot smaller than I expected! Odd! Anyways, this is just what I've been working on for my TWS trade mini album for Cara. I'm really excited about all the aspects I'm going to be incorporating into it. So far I have 4 of the pumpkin pages done, I started on making a cauldron, a canvas, and a cardboard page, and a few smaller pages to incorporate. I will probably have a lot of extra papers left over, so I might sell the rest in a little kit, but more than likely, not many people will want to buy it since it's nearing Halloween and most people have already purchased their Halloween goodies for scrap booking. I plan to embellish the pages in my video a lot more, I'm just getting the base designs done first. I'm enjoying this album a lot.
I volunteered for Laura from The Paper Trail's breast cancer mini-album auction. I'm really excited to get started when I receive the kit. I'm so glad to be a part of such a great cause. :)
I have some more plans on videos, and hopefully they won't be really small! :) Stay tuned and thanks for coming by!
I am an 18 year old who loves to showcase memories in beautiful terms anybody can see. Through this I scrapbook, take photographs w/ my lovely D-SLR, and make cards for my loved ones. I'm attending college soon and I'll be majoring in graphic design most likely, although I would love to be a wedding/event planner. I'm not sure how I'll do in life, but I hope to be successful in doing what I want to!
